Delivery & Returns

Found's standard delivery charges to mainland UK are as follows

    Orders up to and including £30 will be charged at £3;

    Orders between £31 and £100 will be charged at £5;

    Orders over £100 will be delivered free; 

    Some exceptional sized items may occasionally be priced individually.

    Please contact us for a quotation for deliveries outside of mainland UK.

Found will endeavour to confirm and dispatch all in stock items within 48 hours of receipt.  

Where items are not usually held in stock, or are made to order, we have given an indication of 'usual' turnaround times within each product description and will only contact you if your delivery time is likely to be longer than stated for any reason. 

If any or all the item(s) you have ordered are unexpectedly out of stock we will contact you within 24hours to advise how long your order is likely to take and to agree whether you would prefer in stock items to be shipped or to wait and ship all items together. The same applies if your order includes both stock & non stock items.

At Found we are aware of our impact on the environment and wherever possible we re-use all cardboard & packaging - this also helps us in our endeavour to offer highly competitive pricing.  As a result you should expect to receive your goods wrapped in recycled boxes and/or packaging.  If your order is for a gift or special occasion please let us know and we will make sure that it is wrapped & suitably packaged.

While we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, we understand that sometimes you will want to return some items ordered via the internet.  Please check goods on receipt and call us within 48 hours on 01227 277332 to confirm whether you would like to receive a replacement, credit note or refund.  Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and, providing goods and their original packaging are in perfect condition, we will arrange the agreed exchange/refund.  The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us so please ensure that items are wrapped very securely and return them to us by insured registered delivery and keep the receipt.  The cost of returning goods is at your expense.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
