“Found indeed!  I haven’t stopped raving to friends about Found Home Store since I ordered a Fatboy bean bag for my son for Christmas.  Not only was the price better than anywhere else, there was no delivery charge and the service was amazing.

The severe weather conditions affected all e-tailers this Christmas but none responded in quite the same way as Jo at Found.  She personally kept me informed of the Fatboy’s journey from the Netherlands, promised a courier delivery when time got tight then offered to send a driver as a last resort to save Christmas!   She even suggested ways to hide the Fatboy from my son who still believes in Santa and then how to wrap it for Christmas morning.  It was sooo refreshing to have a human to talk to at the other end of a website and Jo’s emails were just so cheering when I was beginning to despair. 

 And the story has a very happy ending too.  Fatboy arrived by courier in good time for Christmas and my son is totally delighted.  Thanks to everyone at Found and thanks especially to Jo for keeping the Christmas spirit alive when other retailers faltered"  Chris from Leicester”
